Fionnuala Hoffmann has over 25 years teaching experience and has been facilitating Positive Discipline workshops in Berlin, Germany since 2017. An active member of the Positive Discipline Association Fionnuala hosted the PDA European mentor group for several years and in 2022 co-founded PDaD, the German network of Positive Discipline educators. In 2024 she oversaw the translation and publication of 'Positive Discipline’ into German.
