My name is Fionnuala Hoffmann. I'm a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer. I'm from Ireland originally but Germany has been my home for over 20 years. I live in Berlin with my German husband and our three young sons.
In 2016 I took part in a Positive Discipline parent workshop at my sons' school and was deeply impressed by the power and authenticity of the teachings. When myself and my husband started to apply the tools we had learned in class, we found communication and co-operation with our sons improved almost immediately. I was so inspired by the profound wisdom of the Adlerian encouragement model that I quit my teaching job to become a full time certified Positive Discipline Educator and since early 2017 have been facilitating parent and most recently teacher workshops in the Berlin area. In July 2019 I achieved PD Trainer status.
