My name is Fionnuala Hoffmann. I’m a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer based in Berlin. I’m from Ireland originally but Germany has been my home for over 20 years.
I first took part in a Positive Discipline workshop in 2016 and was immediately impressed by the power of the teachings. When I started to apply the tools I’d learned in class I found family communication and co-operation immediately improved. I was so inspired by the profound wisdom of this unique Adlerian encouragement model that I quit my teaching job a few months later to become a full time certified Parent Educator. I’ve been facilitating parenting workshops since 2017 and in 2019 qualified as a Positive Discipline Trainer. I run certification workshops for parent educators and am an active member of the Positive Discipline Association.
